Flight Rights
Know what you're owed when a flight is delayed or canceled.
Flight Rights is a web app that helps travelers research their redress — refunds, cash compensation, and duty-of-care — after a delayed or canceled flight. Answer a few questions and it maps your situation to the rules that apply, then shows exactly how to claim. It currently covers the US (DOT), the EU & UK (EU261 / UK261), and Canada (APPR).

Know Your Rights: SB 1103
Helping California's small commercial tenants understand their new protections.
California's SB 1103 (the Commercial Tenant Protection Act) gives qualifying small businesses and nonprofits new rights around rent increases, ending a tenancy, hidden pass-through fees, and lease translation. This self-guided tool walks a tenant through a few questions and explains which protections may apply — in six languages. Built as a multilingual 'Know Your Rights' demo in the branding of the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights of the San Francisco Bay Area (LCCRSF).
